TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8261. Short title. This article may be cited as the Administrative Leave for Disaster Service Volunteers Act of 1994. Source: PL 9-63, § 1. Commission Comment: PL 9-63 took effect October 13, 1995. Prior to the January 1997 revision, this chapter was entitled “Sick Leave Bank” and con- sisted of 1 CMC §§ 8271-8275, concerning the sick leave bank. In the January 1997 revision, the Commission renamed this chapter, redesignated provisions concerning the sick leave bank as article 2, and inserted this article as article 1.
