§ 8266. Leave
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8266. Leave. A Commonwealth Government employee may apply for leave to attend to an immediate family member who is sick. For leave in excess of two consecutive days, such request shall be supported by a certified medical statement. Leave taken under this section shall be deducted from the employee’s earned sick leave.
