§ 8271. Establishment of Sick Leave Bank
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8271. Establishment of Sick Leave Bank. Notwithstanding any law or regulation of the Northern Marianas, there is hereby established a sick leave bank for all government employees for the purpose of allowing government employees to donate a certain percentage of their accumulated sick leave to family members or other persons who are government employees and who have exhausted their own sick leave and annual leave as a result of prolonged illness.
