§ 8273. Eligibility
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8273. Eligibility. Any employee who is employed by the Commonwealth government, its agen- cies or instrumentalities, may apply for sick leave hours from the sick leave bank, provided that such request is supported by a certified medical statement from the attending physician. No employee may request for sick leave beyond his em- ployment contract. Source: PL 8-25, § 5.
