§ 8281. Purpose
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8281. Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to provide for a payment of $50,000 to specified survivors of a law enforcement officer who has died as the direct and proximate result of a personal injury sustained in the line of duty regardless of employment status.
