§ 8283. Eligibility for Benefits

TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8283. Eligibility for Benefits. The beneficiary or beneficiaries specified by the law enforcement officer on the form prescribed by the Civil Service Commission shall file for the death benefits.
