§ 8284. Authorization for Death Benefits
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8284. Authorization for Death Benefits. Payment of $50,000 shall be made out of the department or agency’s end-use account immediately upon approval of the death benefits claim. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the department or activity head with expenditure authority is authorized to reprogram available funds for the payment of the claim. Source: PL 8-40, § 5.
