§ 1132. Innocent Passage
TITLE 10: LOCAL LAWS DIVISION 1: FIRST SENATORIAL DISTRICT (ROTA) § 1132. Prohibition. Entry of any seeds, roots, seedlings, fruit or any other part of the plant known as Lantana Camara, L. Var. Aculeate, into the island of Rota is prohibited. Conspicuous signboards shall be posted at the entry “arrival” gates at the Rota airport and at the exit “departure” gates from the Saipan International Airport to provide notice of the prohibition.
