TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1313. HIV Test Practices. The test used to determine the presence of the etiologic agent for acquired immune deficiency syndrome by the Department of Public Health shall be administered by qualified medical personnel according to accepted medical practices.
