§ 1511. Coastal Resources Management Policy
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1511. Victim’s Right of Privacy. In the prosecution of persons under this Act, the Attorney General shall take all reasonable and legal measures to ensure that the identity of the victim and the victim’s family be kept confidential.
