§ 2131. No Financial Interests by Members
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 2: CONTRABAND OFFENSES § 2131. Authority of Director: Rules and Regulations. The director may promulgate rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act (chapter 1 of division 9 of title 1 [1 CMC § 9101 et seq.]) and charge reasonable fees relating to the registration and control of the manufacture, distribution, and dispensing of controlled substances within the Commonwealth.
