§ 4111. Public Lands- Defined

TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 4: EQUIPMENT OF VEHICLES § 4111. Vehicle Integrity. No vehicle may be operated upon the public highways unless the vehicle is so constructed or so loaded as to prevent its contents from dropping, sifting, leaking or otherwise escaping from or falling from the vehicle.
