§ 4301. Designation of Homestead Areas

Commission Comment: Many provisions in this chapter are similar to pro- visions in the Revised Uniform Contribution Among Tortfeasors Act approved by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Bar Association in 1955. The uniform act has been adopted (with variations) in several U.S. jurisdictions.
