§ 4303. Persons Eligible to Homestead
TITLE 7: CIVIL PROCEDURE DIVISION 4: JUDGMENTS; ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS § 4303. Pro-Rata Shares. In determining the pro rata shares of tortfeasors in the entire liability: (a) Their relative degrees of fault may not be considered; (b) If equity requires, the collective liability of some as a group constitutes a single share; and (c) Principles of equity applicable to contribution generally shall apply.
