§ 4485. Use of the Funds
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 4: CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS AND ASSOCIATIONS § 4485. Contract Rights of Officers. (a) The appointment of an officer does not itself create contract rights. (b) An officer’s removal does not affect the officer’s contract rights, if any, with the corporation.
