§ 5431. Detention of Adulterated Products; Removal of Official Markings
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5431. Hindering or Obstructing Officer; Penalties. Any person who hinders or obstructs any person in any way in the perfor- mance of his or her official duties under this chapter shall be guilty of a misde- meanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than 200, or by imprisonment of not more than three months, or both.
