§ 5502. Purpose

TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 5: RULES OF THE ROAD § 5502. Turning on Curve or Crest of Grade Prohibited. No vehicle may be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon any curve, or upon the approach to, or near the crest of, a grade where that vehicle cannot be seen by the operator of any other vehicle approaching from either direction within 300 feet.
