§ 5521. Definitions
TITLE 2: NATURAL RESOURCES DIVISION 5: ANIMALS, PLANTS AND FOOD § 5521. Definitions. As used in this article: (a) “ATP cards” means authorization-to-participate cards; (b) “Food” means any food or food products for human consumption except alcoholic beverages and tobacco, and shall include seeds and plants and supplies approved by the United States Department of Agriculture for use in gardening and in fishing to produce food for personal consumption of the eligible house- hold; (c) “Food stamp coupons” means any coupon, stamp, or type of certificate used under the federal Food Stamp Act of 1977, as amended [7 U.S.C. § 2011 et seq.]; and (d) “State agency” means the Commonwealth Department of Community and Cultural Affairs.
