§ 5524. Penalties
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5524. Exception: New Arrivals. A person entering the Commonwealth for the first time or returning to the Commonwealth after an absence of 15 days, may bring with him for private use, and not for resale, alcoholic beverages not exceeding one gallon in quantity without a license. Any quantity of alcoholic beverage in excess of that authorized by this section shall be confiscated by the Governor or his authorized representa- tive. Source: MIDC § 11.08.040.
