§ 5525. Other Uses of Food Stamp Coupons
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5525. Nonprofit Organization: Temporary License Authorized; Fee Exemption; Term. The Governor may issue a temporary on-sale license to any recognized non- profit organization for the sale of alcoholic beverages without the payment of the required license fee.
