§ 5601. Moratorium
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5601. Civil Penalties and Fines. The Secretary upon determining that any licensee is guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Chapter may impose the following fines and penalties: (a) First Offense: a 3,000 fine; and final notice for revocation on third offense; (c) Third Offense: revocation of license and a $5,000 fine. Commission Comment: Pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(e) the Commission struck out (4) as a repetition of an already written word, and pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(g) corrected “ABC Laws” from subsection (a) to “ABTC Laws” as a manifest typographical error.
