§ 5602. Penalty
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5602. Criminal Prosecution. The criminal prosecution of any person under the provision of this Chapter shall be in addition to and independent of the power of the Director or Secretary to suspend or revoke any license and impose a fine. Commission Comment: Pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(f) the Commission capitalized Chapter. *PL 19-15 was entitled “To amend Title 4, Division 5, Chapter 5, by amending Section 5553 and 5602 to deter the sale and/or resale of products purchased or obtained from the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (“AAFES”) and to authorize the Commonwealth Department of Commerce, Division of Alcohol Beverage and Tobacco Control, to enforce this Act; and for other purposes.” but no provision of PL 19-15 purported to amend 4 CMC § 5602. Therefore, the Commission made no amendment to 4 CMC § 5602.
