§ 7114. Authority to Modify the Code.[Repealed]
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 7: SERIOUS TRAFFIC OFFENSES AND PENALTIES § 7114. Impoundment. (a) For any violation of any provision of this title, if the court finds that the nature or extent of the violation and the defendant’s circumstances warrant it, the court may impound the vehicle involved in the violation of this title for a period of time commensurate with the prescribed fine or imprisonment. (b) A police officer may impound an unregistered or improperly registered vehicle until such time as the vehicle is properly registered. Source: PL 3-61, § 1 (§ 714).
