§ 1202. Chamorro-Carolinian Language Policy Commission- Establishment

TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1202. Assault and Battery. (a) A person commits the offense of assault and battery if the person unlawful- ly strikes, beats, wounds, or otherwise does bodily harm to another, or has sexual contact with another without the other person’s consent.
