§ 1204. Chamorro-Carolinian Language Policy Commission- Compensation
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1204. Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. (a) A person commits the offense of assault with a dangerous weapon if he or she threatens to cause, attempts to cause, or purposely causes bodily injury to another with a dangerous weapon. (b) A person convicted of assault with a dangerous weapon may be punished by imprisonment for not more than 10 years. Source: PL 3-71, § 1 (§ 417).
