§ 1206. Committee on Certification of Chamorro and Carolinian Translators
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS § 1206. Authority to Administer Oaths and Certify Copies of Records. (a) For the purpose of administering the motor vehicle laws, officers and em- ployees of the bureau designated by the director may administer oaths and acknowledge signatures, and shall do so without fee. (b) The chief and officers of the bureau designated by the chief may prepare and deliver, upon request, a certified copy of any record of the bureau, charging a fee of one dollar for each document so authenticated. Every such certified copy shall be admissible in any proceeding in any court in like manner as the original. Source: PL 3-61, § 1 (§ 109).
