§ 1315. Board of Regents- Meetings
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1315. Indecent Exposure in the First Degree. (a) An offender commits the crime of indecent exposure in the first degree if (1) the offender violates 6 CMC § 1316; (2) while committing the act constituting the offense, the offender know- ingly masturbates; and (3) the offense occurs within the observation of a person under 16 years of age. (b) Indecent exposure in the first degree is punishable by imprisonment for not more than five years, a fine of not more than $2,000, or both. Source: PL 12-82, § 4 (1315).
