§ 1363. Coordination of Aquaculture Activities
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1363. When Registration is Required. (a) Conviction. A sex offender must initially register if he/she was con- victed of a covered sex offense in the Commonwealth courts regardless of the sex offender’s actual or intended residency. This obligation exists without regard to whether it was specifically listed in the Judgment of Conviction, sentence, or any other order of the court. (b) Incarceration. A sex offender must register if he/she is incarcerated by the Commonwealth while completing any sentence for a covered sex offense, regardless of whether it is the same jurisdiction as the jurisdiction of conviction or residence. (c) Agency Supervision. A sex offender must register if he/she is under parole, adult or juvenile probation supervision. (d) Residence. A sex offender who resides within the Commonwealth, regardless of location, must register pursuant to this article. (e) Employment. A sex offender, who is employed within the Common- wealth, must register pursuant to this article. (f) School Attendance. A sex offender who is a student at any school within the Commonwealth is required to register pursuant to this article. To correct manifest grammatical errors 1 CMC § 3806(g), the Commission changed “they” to “he/she” and conjugated verbs as appropriate in subsections (a)-(c).
