§ 1372. Tuition Waiver for Veterans
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1372. Requirements for In Person Appearances. (a) Photographs. At each in-person verification, the sex offender shall give the SORA-Office/DPS the discretion to take a photograph of the offender. (b) Review of Information. At each in-person verification, the sex offend- er shall review existing information for accuracy. (c) Notification. If any new information or change in information is ob- tained at an in-person verification, the SORA-Office/DPS shall immediately notify all other registration jurisdictions of the information or change in infor- mation.
