§ 1373. Enrollment

TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1373. Public Sex Offender Registry Website. (a) Website. The SORA-Office/DPS is responsible for all entry and up- dates, shall use and maintain a public sex offender registry website. (b) Links. The registry website shall include links to sex offender safety and education resources. (c) Instructions. The registry website shall include instructions on how a person can seek correction of information that the individual contends is errone- ous. (d) Warnings. The registry website shall include a warning that the infor- mation contained on the website should not be used to unlawfully injure, harass, or commit a crime against individual named in the registry or residing or working at any reported addresses and that any such action could result in civil or criminal penalties. (e) Search Capabilities. The registry website shall have the capability of conducting searches by name, county, city, zip code, and geographic radius.
