§ 1505. Powers and Duties of Council- Responsibility for Certain Functions

TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1505. Transporting a Person for Purposes of Prostitution. A person commits the crime of transporting a person for prostitution if that person: (a) Knowingly recruits, transports, entices, harbors, provides, or obtains by any means, another person, knowing that the person will engage in prostitution; or (b) Conspires with another or attempts to engage in conduct described in sub- section (a), supra; or (c) Benefits financially or receives anything of value, from knowing participa- tion in a venture which has engaged in an act described in violation of subsec- tions (a) or (b), supra.
