§ 4937. Reductions in Force
TITLE 3: HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION 4: EMPLOYMENT AND REGISTRATION § 4937. Reductions in Force. An employer who employs foreign national workers may reduce the number of current employees based on economic necessity. The employer shall provide notice to the Department at least sixty days prior to the reduction in force. Source: PL 15-108, § 4(4937), modified.
