§ 5114. Disaster Relief- Definitions. [repealed]
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5114. Assurances of Voluntary Compliance. In the administration of this article, the Attorney General may accept an assur- ance of voluntary compliance with respect to any method, act or practice deemed to be violative of the article from any person who has engaged in or is about to engage in such method, act or practice. Any such assurance shall be in writing and shall be filed with and subject to the approval of the Commonwealth Superi- or Court. Such assurance of voluntary compliance shall not be considered an admission of violation for any purpose. Matters thus closed may at any time be reopened by the Attorney General for further proceedings in the public interest, pursuant to 4 CMC § 5107.
