§ 5122. Local Disaster Agencies and Services. [repealed]
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5122. Criminal Penalties. (a) Any merchant who knowingly or recklessly violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $2,000, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. Each violation shall be a separate offense. (b) Whenever a corporation or other entity is subject to prosecution under subsection (a) of this section, any officer or agent of the corporation or legal entity who knowingly and willfully authorized, ordered or carried out the proscribed activity shall be subject to the same penalties as provided in subsec- tion (a) of this section.
