§ 5208. Civil Defense- Reports
TITLE 3: HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION 5: PUBLIC SAFETY § 5208. Civil Defense: Reports. The Civil Defense Coordinator shall annually submit a written report to the Governor, President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives detailing expenditures, contributions, assets, work and accomplishments of the office of Civil Defense Coordinator pursuant to this chapter, accompanied by such recommendations as the coordinator shall deem appropriate.
