§ 5611. Conditions for Revocation or Suspension of License
TITLE 3: HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION 5: PUBLIC SAFETY § 5611. Conditions for Revocation or Suspension of License. The Secretary of Finance may suspend or revoke a scuba instruction or scuba diving tour operation license upon a finding, after two weeks prior notice and a hearing pursuant to 1 CMC §§ 9108-9113, that a licensee has violated either 3 CMC §§ 5606, 5607, 5608 or 5609.
