§ 5612. Surcharge Fee
TITLE 3: HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION 5: PUBLIC SAFETY § 5612. Surcharge Fee. All scuba dive shop operators shall impose an additional $10 surcharge per tank usage for the services provided by the operators. The operators shall collect and document all the fees collected and the fees shall be remitted to the Department of Finance in accordance with timeline reporting deadlines, procedures, and forms provided by regulation by the Department of Finance.
