§ 1814. Time for Performance of Acts Where Last Day Falls On Saturday, Sunday, or Legal Holiday
TITLE 8: FAMILY LAW AND PROBATE DIVISION 1: DOMESTIC RELATIONS § 1814. Responsibility Between Spouses. (a) Each spouse shall act in good faith with respect to the other spouse in mat- ters involving marital property or other property of the other spouse. This obligation may not be lessened by a marital property agreement. (b) Management and control by a spouse of his or her property that is not marital property in a manner that limits, diminishes, or fails to produce income from that property does not violate subsection (a) of this section.
