§ 3110. Board of Professional Licensing Staff
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 3: INSPECTION OF VEHICLES § 3110. Improper Use of Inspection Stickers. Any person who makes, issues, or knowingly uses any imitation, alteration or counterfeit of an official certificate of inspection or any person who displays or causes or permits to be displayed upon any vehicle any certificate of inspection knowing the same to be issued for another vehicle or issued without authority as provided in this division shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
