§ 3216. Application for Licensure, Certification or Renewal
TITLE 10: LOCAL LAWS DIVISION 3: THIRD SENATORIAL DISTRICT (SAIPAN, ETC.) § 3216. Accounting. The Director of Finance shall establish an account called “Third Senatorial District General Fund” which shall be available for appropriation only by the Third Senatorial District delegation. All funds received herein shall be deposited into this account. Source: LL 6-6, § 7.
