§ 3437. Single Act Evidence of Practice
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 3: BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONS § 3437. Single Act Evidence of Practice. In any action brought under sections 3432, 3435, or 3436 of this Act, evidence of the commission of a single act prohibited by this Act shall be sufficient to justify a penalty, injunction, restraining order, or conviction, respectively, without evidence of a general course of conduct.
