§ 50134. Fees- Payment- Revocation
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 50134. Fees: Payment: Revocation. The applicable license fee shall be payable on the day of application for first time applicants, and on the renewal date for all others. Each license issued by the Department of Commerce, Alcohol Beverage and Tobacco Control Division, shall be valid only for 12 calendar months following its effective date. If the license fee is not paid on or before the expiration date of the license, the license shall be automatically suspended, but may be reinstated by the Secretary of Commerce within three days after payment of the license fee if payment is made within 31 days from the date of expiration. If payment is not made within 31 days from the date of expiration, the Secretary of Commerce shall not issue a license except upon a new application. Source: PL 11-75, § 6, modified.
