§ 50142. Enforcement Powers
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 50142. Enforcement Powers. The Department of Commerce, Alcohol Beverage and Tobacco Control Divi- sion, Department of Public Safety, and Department of Public Health shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter, and may enter into memoran- dums of understanding to coordinate their enforcement efforts and to create a task force to educate minors about the hazards of smoking.
