§ 50217. Recommendations
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 50217. Recommendations. All recommendations of the Commonwealth Economic Development Authority Board for modification, revocation or suspension of Qualifying Certificates shall be forwarded to the Governor of the Commonwealth, together with a memorandum of the Commonwealth Economic Development Authority’s finding in support of its recommendations. Any recommendation of the Commonwealth Economic De- velopment Authority Board not approved by the Governor within forty-five calen- dar days shall be deemed disapproved on the forty-sixth day following such re- ceipt.
