§ 50223. Implementation by the Director of Revenue and Taxation and Commonwealth Economic Development Authority Board
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 50223. Implementation by the Director of Revenue and Taxation and Commonwealth Economic Development Authority Board. The Director of Revenue and Taxation and Commonwealth Economic Devel- opment Authority Board are hereby authorized to issue such rules and regulations as they may deem reasonably related and necessary to implement the provisions of this Chapter.
