§ 51108. Applicable Law

TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 51108. Applicable Law. The Commonwealth law shall apply to any contract between the Authority and a licensee, as well as to the conduct and operations of any business or enterprise, and generally for good order and management in an economic incentive district.
