§ 51109. Disclosure of Proprietary Information to Unauthorized Persons Prohibited

§ 51109 TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 51109. Disclosure of Proprietary Information to Unauthorized Persons Prohibited. Except with the consent of a licensee or as authorized by law, no officer, agent, consultant, employee or attorney of the Authority, or any customs officer assigned to an economic incentive district shall disclose any proprietary information or busi- ness trade secrets to a third party that may have come to his knowledge in the course of his duty. Commission Comment: The deletion of the word “or” after “disclose any proprietary” was necessary to correct a manifest error in the original text of the above section. *PL 17-1 contained the following section regarding the effective date of the law: Section 12. Effective date. This Act shall take effect upon its approval by the Governor or becoming law without such approval and shall be ret- roactive to November 28, 2009 except as otherwise specifically provided herein.
