§ 51131. Public Land in Free Trade Zones- Lease Restricted to FTZ Licensees
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 51131. Public Land in Economic Incentive Districts: Lease Restricted to FTZ Licensees. Public land within an Economic Incentive Districts shall not be leased for any purpose except to an Economic District licensee.
