§ 51135. License Revocation
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 51135. License Revocation. (a) No person shall establish and operate on any business, industrial or com- mercial activity within a economic incentive district except in conformity with all applicable laws and regulations. (b) Pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 1 CMC §§ 9101 et seq., the Board may revoke the license of any licensee who contravenes the provisions of any applicable law or regulation or any condition attached to a license.
