§ 5120. Discrimination

TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5120. Discrimination. It is an offense for any merchant to discriminate in commerce with any person on the basis of the race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, ethnic background, national origin, citizenship, or place of birth or residence of the person.
